Round-Out
Drawing of the Defiant 'Special Features' AA413. The enlarged tail was added after the initial April 18, 1946 retracting but the general arrangement still incorrectly has the Merlin XX engine length. The original drawing had standard tail surfaces. Such minor errors were not considered important on general arrangement drawings.
