Boeing 747-8JK N6067E (RC001, c/n 38636) is painted in the manufacturer's new 'sunrise' corporate colours. The 747-8I is due to fly in March or April, and following a 600-hour flight test campaign certification will occur in the third of fourth quarter of 2011. Currently the company holds orders for 33 747-8Is from Lufthansa (20, plus options for another 20), Korean Air (five) and seven VIP customers (eight). The first example will be delivered as a VIP configured aircraft to LH Group Fleet Management in the fourth quarter of 2011. Lufthansa will take delivery of its first 747-8I in 2012.
