Air International 2012-11 / G.Martin - Africa Aerospace and Defence

The Pacific Aerospace P-750 flew impressive displays during AAD 2012, dropping parachutists and showing off its short take-off and landing capabilities (in less than 800ft [240m]). The aircraft is being promoted for a variety of purposes, including skydiving (it can drop 17 skydivers at 12,000ft [600m] and land within ten minutes), geosurvey and cargo. It is powered by a PT6A-34 turboprop. A single example is in use by the United Nations in South Africa.
