P.Davidson - Off the Beaten Track...
The Vampire’s wooden fuselage, aluminium booms and flying surfaces appeared well preserved at the Salle Communale in Martigny when photographed by the author in 1991.
Not only may pedestrians enter the building between the Vampire’s hallowed booms, its severed tailplane serves as a seat for the play area outside and provides opportunities for a “de-tailed examination”.
