Noorduyn C-64A Norseman 44-470351 of the USAAF, photographed at Leavesden near Watford in February 1915. The aircraft had arrived from Redford, and returned there. Note the standard USAAF markings. The aircraft is painted silver, with a black upper surface on the nose to reduce glare. By 1944, the USAAF in the UK had abandoned camouflage on their aircraft.
