The Pratt & Whitney R-1340-27 radial engine, used in the P-26A replica was supplied by the US Air Force Museum. Note the two blast tubes for the fuselage-mounted machineguns protruding between the cylinders - the feature which earned the fighter the nickname “Peashooter".
