THE PARNALL "PUFFIN" DECK-LANDING AMPHIBIAN: Side view. As this machine belongs to the Air Ministry no technical details may be given beyond those which can be gathered from the photographs. The machine, which has a 450 h.p. Napier "Lion" engine, is unusual in having a single main float.
