Clutton-Tabenor FRED and FRED Series 2 (UK)
FRED (Flying Runabout Experimental Design) was designed as a powered aircraft that could be flown by any reasonably experienced glider pilot without further training. First flown on 3 November 1963. Plans have been available to amateur constructors since 1970. The Series 2 version has some restyling.
An interesting visitor from Wyberton was Fred Series II G-BDSA. Rudder inscription reads "Teasy too”
