Seen at the Royal Air Force Display at Hendon on 28 June 1930 is the de Havilland D.H.77 fighter J-9771 (or J9771 if you only read tails). Although powered by a Napier Rapier of only about 300 hp, the D.H.77 could reach nearly 200 mph.
