Repainted in authentic Marine Corps colours and markings, the Grumman F7F-3 Tigercat was here photographed taking-off for a display at the Livermore, Calif, airshow last year.

Having been acquired by its present owners, Mike Bogue and Gary Flanders, from Sis-Q Flying Service in 1980, the Tigercat appeared later that year at the NAS Alameda airshow still in its white and orange fire-bomber colours.
