Lynx AH.Mk1 (TOW). Отличные характеристики Lynx побудили военных сделать заказ на создание на его базе противотанковой модификации. Вскоре Lynx был модифицирован под ПТРК TOW - по четыре пусковые установки ПТУР были размещены сбоку от грузовой кабины, а гиростабилизированный прицел M65 - слева на крыше пилотской кабины. Вертолет создавался как многоцелевой и потому имел достаточно просторную кабину, что позволило разместить там восемь запасных ПТУР или боевой расчет ПТРК Milan. Это сделало его более мощным средством борьбы с танками, чем более ранний Scout.

A Lynx HAS Mk 2, in the recently-adopted medium grey finish, carrying a pair of Sea Skua ASMs and with the "Orange Crop" ESM fairing prominent on the nose. Operating from HMS Phoebe, this Lynx is named "Phelix".

This full-scale mock-up of the Lynx Mk 3 attracted much attention when displayed last year at Middle Wallop and Farnborough, and shows all the proposed new features of this advanced, armed variant of the basic helicopter. The last two Lynx AH Mk 1s on current Army contracts will be completed to this aerodynamic form, although they will not have the latest rotor head and rotor blades shown on the mock-up.
