Регистрационный номер: ZK-AGJ "Well done, Kahu, managed to stop within the airfield boundary I see." Not a difficult one to identify but it was not a write-off so the date and place may cause the greater head-scratching.
"Kahu" was Lockheed 10A ZK-AGJ c/n 1127 of Union Airways which skidded on landing on wet ground at Bell Block aerodrome, New Plymouth on 23.7.39. Left u/c and wing tip were damaged, as were the propellers, and after temporary repairs the Electra was flown out to Milson on 15.8.39.Самолёты на фотографии: Lockheed Electra 10 - США - 1934
