Как и все самолеты фирмы, начиная с K-5, новый K-10 был оснащен двигателем Maybach, но построили всего две такие машины. K-10 представлял собой биплан с кабиной на четырех пассажиров, которая располагалась впереди кабины пилота. С сентября 1926 года оба K-10 использовались на авиалинии Осака - Сеул - Далянь.

Регистрационный номер: J-CODF [2] Kawanishi K-10 J-CODF (260-305 hp Maybach Mb IVa 6-cyl water-cooled in-line) was used by NKKK, initially as a mailplane on the Osaka - Seoul - Dairen route. The K-10 could carry four passengers in a cabin immediately behind the engine bulkhead. We now know that this example, the second of the two built, had a relatively short career of less that six months before being destroyed.

The 4-passenger cabin immediately behind the engine bulkhead must have been hot and noisy for the occupants. NKKK used the type to carry mail on its route from Osaka to Seoul (Korea) and Dairen (China).
