F.14 Nibbio
The next design to be built was a four-seat development of the Falco, the F.14 Nibbio (Kite). Essentially a scaled-up version of the F.8 featuring the same wing sections, loading and power/weight ratio, it differed mainly in having a full cabin and a 180 hp Lycoming O-360-A1A giving it a maximum speed of 210 mph. Of all-wood construction, the Nibbio was built by Aviamilano in a short production run of ten aircraft - though one remains unidentified and another appeared in 1973!
