Development of the Che-22, designed by Boris Chernov when he started his own company. It is built as a four-seater with wider cockpit and increased wingspan, while the predecessor is basically showed as 2-3 place aircraft (nevertheless may be flown even with 5 men aboard).
Aircraft is available for customers as a 75% pre-assembled kit or as a ready-to-fly aircraft. Two-, three- and four-seat variants with engines (single Rotax 447/503 or two Rotax 582/912) totaling power from 60hp to 140hp were test-flown and may be delivered.
After production started at St.Petersburg, several improvements were introduced:
- new retractable gear design
- new wing with more reliable airfoil
- state-of-art cockpit equipment.
