The largest Legacy variant, the 650E, is aimed at the large jet sector and is capable of seating up to 14 passengers.

The Legacy 450 and 500 feature fly-by-wire flight control systems, flight deck side-stick controllers, Rockwell Collins Pro Line Fusion Avionics, four 15.1 in (383mm) high resolution LED screens, an optional Embraer Enhanced Vision System and head-up display.
