A contemporary sketch which appeared in Flight for December 20, 1913, of the Coanda biplane and the bomb dropping gear at the Paris Salon. The system was ingenious, but like other ideas at the time, far too complicated for use in rough field conditions. It also restricted the size and type of bomb which was specially designed to fit the revolving drum carrier.
