Sending three B-2 Spirit bombers to Red Flag 14-1 represented a higher percentage of a frontline force committed to the exercise than any other major US combat aircraft.

The USAF has recently deployed B-2s to increase the type’s visibility overseas. Here Spirit ot Indiana is pictured taxying at RAF Fairford in June 2014.

The B-2 Spirit remains distinctive after 20 years in service.
