A Fairchild A-10 demonstrates the lethality of its GAU-8 cannon in a practice attack on a captured Soviet T-62 battle tank. Using a mix of armour-piercing and high-explosive incendiary ammunition, the A-10 hits the T-62 and sets fire to its internal ammunition store.
