More B-17 components in the Boeing sub-assembly hall.
Note the patriotic signs at the back of this Boeing sub-assembly hall directed at the workforce. The wartime censor appears to have blacked out the plant location on the righthand side sign as well as the serial numbers on the noses of the three B-17s in the foreground.
Pacific-bound Consolidated B-24D bombers during final assembly, probably at Fort Worth. Note the symbolic stars and stripes spaced at intervals along the assembly hall.
Lockheed P-38 Lightnings being offloaded at an Australian port in 1942.
Lightnings being cleaned prior to final assembly, modification and delivery to combat areas in Britain.
Martin B-26s, apparently in transit to Europe.
