The author showing British technology to the USA at the Martin Company airport at Middle River in the form of Canberra B Mk 2 WD932. The demonstration took place before 15,000 Martin employees on March 11, 1951.
Another view of the Canberra T.4 prototype, WN467, at the 1952 Farnborough show, with flaps down and bomb doors open. This aircraft was delivered to the RAF in June 1953 and finally struck off charge in November 1971.
