Subject of AIR PORTRAITS' photograph is the Shuttleworth Collection's newly painted Avro 504K pictured flying near its Old Warden base in the hands of Bill Bowker. The aircraft now carries its original serial number, H5199, having flown as E3404 since it was rebuilt to airworthy condition by Avro apprentices nearly 30 years ago.
