Ju 52/3m “D”, No 664, probably of 50 Sqn SAAF, in 1940. Colour scheme was dark green top surfaces with light blue undersides.

Ju 5213m CQ+HH, captured in North Africa, became SAAF No 38 and was named La Sebala. It was sold as scrap at 15 Air Depot on October 26, 1946.

This Ju 52/3m was taken on charge as No 26 on March 3, 1943; it was named Tobruk. It forced-landed at Sauerdale, Southern Rhodesia on October 15, 1943 while being ferried to South Africa and was abandoned. Pieces of the Ju 52 still exist in the area.
