DC-3C OO-AUY (C of R no.647) seems to have had a relatively uncomplicated history with SABENA for almost twenty years. It is shown in the colour scheme adopted in 1956 at Turnhouse on 6.4.57

This Aeronca Chief, now preserved, originally had a fixed registration which incorporated its owners' initials, a common practice in Belgium, even in 1947! OO-SGT (709) by Freddy Ceulemans.
