Swallow L25C IA G-ACTP of the Romford Flying Club was scrapped in 1940 but as it was still insured for some time after the fire it seems unlikely to have been a victim.

G-ACMZ was the second British Klemm Swallow L25C 1A sold to Lord Willoughby de Broke with CoA 10.2.34. It was still around in a derelict condition at Old Warden in 1958.

General Aircraft Monospar ST6 G-ACIC c/n 20 wearing race no. 31 taking off for the 1934 King's Cup in which it was flown by Charles Gardner. It was used for joyriding by the Romford Flying Club between August and December 1938 and the evidence below suggests that it was not destroyed by the fire as is usually quoted.

British Taylorcraft Plus C c/n 116 G-AFVU was sold to the Romford Flying Club 8.39 and damaged in the same month. Further evidence suggests that it was not destroyed in the fire.
