G-AGER ex JM660, first of the modified Sunderlands, is having beaching wheels attached ready to be brought ashore. Besides being the first, it was also the last survivor in 1956.

G-AGER has been brought ashore for servicing checks, nose fairing is kept retracted. The 4 girls taking out the folding table deal with rearranging seating and accomodation to suit the passenger loading requirements.

G-AGIA "Haslemere" ex ML728 was one of the civil Sundedands flown by Capt Hackett, who landed 'C class' G-AEUE "Cameronian" on the sea to pick up survivors from a torpedoed ship in 1943.
