The Polish branch of DHL worldwide Express, DHL International (Poland) Ltd, has leased An-26 SP-FTL from the Polish company Exin for 12 months, replacing Exin's Russian-registered L-410UVP-E previously in use. In full DHL colours, the aircraft is based at Warsaw/Okecie, where it is seen on November 16, 1994 and operated its first service from there on August 30. The company also plans to use An-26s for services from Bucharest and Prague.
Making a first visit to the Netherlands recently was Ukrainian Air Force Ilyushin Il-76TD UR-76700 which flew into Soesterberg air base to take part in a combined NATO/Partnership for Peace exercise.
Latest type to enter service with Cathay Pacific is the A340-211, the first example being VR-HMR (c/n 063) which is seen here on a pre-delivery test flight as F-WWJM. The aircraft departed Toulouse on October 27, 1994 on delivery to Hong Kong.

Southwest Airlines Boeing 737-3T5 N748MA seen on approach to Las Vegas/McCarran International on October 10, 1994 still retaining its former Morris Air colours and registration although it is due to become N696SW in due course. Although Morris Air was acquired by Southwest on December 31, 1993, several aircraft continue to fly in Morris Air colours at present although all are being progressively repainted.
