Australian warbird movement is this Fairey Firefly TT.6 WD828, seen here at Mascot. Inscribed on the rear fuselage is Eureka Aviation Museum & Confederate Air Force (Australian Wing). The Mickey Mouse logo is presumably some reference to Mike Wansey, the aircraft's owner.
The former Southend museum Republic Thunderstreak seen at Rochester where it is awaiting the attention of the preservation section of the Medway branch of the RAeS. The aircraft will be restored for the RAF Museum and on completion will probably be displayed at RAF Cosford.

An unusual sight over Hamble during December 1984 was Bill Cooper’s immaculate Leopoldoff L.7 Colibri G-AYKS.
Due to be auctioned in January is 1936 Stinson Model A NC15165. The aircraft is valued at $500,000.
