The Runner-up was Neil Francis of Carp, Ontario, Canada. He wins a £50 cheque for this dramatic picture of a Canadair CL-215 demonstrating water-bombing at the Rusty Blakey Heritage Air Show at Sudbury, Ontario on September 1, 1987.
