RNAS REP monoplane 8460 was forced down at Zuidzgande in Holland on October 3, 1915 and was taken over by the Dutch as LA 23. It is seen here with Dutch markings, a Dutch gun and mounting and a converted artillery shell as a bomb. The carrier is the original Admiralty pattern Bomb Gear Mk II for 65lb, 100lb or 112lb.
