700 Bolingbrokes were built in Canada by Fairchild Aircraft, Ltd. No. 9O56 illustrated is a Mk.IV of the 9001-9165 allocation.

Canada built a total of 225 Lysanders for the R.C.A.F. The first and fourth production aircraft (416 and 419) are here shown in service.

Large serial numbers were a feature of R.C.A.F. training aircraft, and this Fleet Trainer used in the early 'thirties is no exception.
