E-2C Hawkeye BuNo 165824/'NG602‘ was on show in the static display at Dubai. Operated by Carrier Airborne Early Warning Squadron 112 (VAW-112), the aircraft is currently embarked on board the USS Stennis (CVN 74) as part of Carrier Air Wing 9 (CVW-9).

The number of French Air Force Rafales based at Al Dhafra AB with BA 104 was increased in late November from three to six, and three of the jets Rafale A 124/'W4-GC', 125/'104-GD‘ and Rafale B 314/'104-HP' were present at the show. The French Air Force uses the UAEAF facilities at Al Dhafra to train pilots prior to their deployment to Afghanistan.

The secretive UAEAF is never too keen to display its own aircraft in the static display, particularly something as sensitive as a airborne early warning platform. So Saab persuaded the Pakistan Air Force to bring along its Saab 2000 Erieye derivatives. It flew a demonstration flight for an unnamed potential customer on November 16, 2011.
