They included Avro 504K “E3404”, still flying today with the Shuttleworth Collection, and Fairey Swordfish II LS326, which remains airworthy with the Royal Navy Historic Flight.

Although PIA’s helicopter services operated only from land heliports, the S-61 crews had to be proficient in operations from water because of the number of waterways crossed by the routes.
