Although you might think there is no resemblance between a C-47 and a Wellington, the one can be made to look deceptively like the other. In the words of respected Czech aviation editor Miroslav Balous: "A unique creation was formed by taking an American-designed transport, built in the Soviet Union, and converting it in Czechoslovakia to represent a British bomber, fitted with German machine-guns!" Sister Li-2 c/n 23442804 is in the background.
