On display at the RAF Gatow Air Day on June 26, 1988 was a Ju 52 belonging to the West Berlin Museum of Transport and Technology, and Bucker Bestmann D-ESEL. Esel is the German word for donkey - perhaps the Bestmann, which served as a Luftwaffe trainer from 1935 to 1941, was not big enough to merit being called a workhorse.

Photographed at La Ferte-Alois on May 22, 1988, this Morane H reproduction has recently been completed by Jean Salis. It has an 80 h.p. le Rhone rotary engine and original Morane-Saulnier spoked wheels.

The latest addition to the Science Museum’s Aeronautical Collection is a Czech cropsprayer built in 1967, LET Z.37 Cmelak G-AVZB. Acquired from ADS (Aerial) of Southend, ’ZB arrived at Wroughton on June 25, 1988.
