The IK-Z prototype. The initials IK stood for Ilic and Kosta, and not for Ikarus; consequently the Rogozarski-built IK-Z was not in sequence with the Ikarus-built IK-1 and IK-2 and the ‘-Z’ indicated a third member of the design team, Zrnic.
