Регистрационный номер: F-BBDF, OO-CAX The photo comes to us from Mike Schoeman via Gerard Terry. There is no problem involved here but we certainly feel that the picture is worth looking at - indeed if anyone has early photos of unusual or varied locations we would be pleased to publish them here! This one shows N'dolo Airport, Leopoldville in the then Belgian Congo, in July 1946. Visible are a Sabena Ju 52/3m OO-AG?, Anson OO-CAX, two Lodestars, a PanAmerican Constellation and two DC-4s, Air France's F-BBDF and an unidentified Sabena example.

Регистрационный номер: F-ADPS, G-ADPS The photograph of BA Swallow 2 F-ADPS may cause a little head-scratching. Gilbert Sunderland took this, not pre-war, but at Booker on 11.5.73. It was clearly G-ADPS masquerading as a "hirondelle", but can anyone explain why - was it just another example of film-makers'licence?
