After inactivity caused by the 1974 war in Cyprus, 5B-CAP was sold to Israel. It had been completely repainted at some stage when seen at Herzlia in 3.79 awaiting Israeli marks.

Thought to have been out of use for some years after the invasion. Pawnee 5B-CAS seems to have been revived sooner than others and was seen at Herzlia, Israel, on 14.1.76.
