Allan Church hung out of a Sentinel to take this photo of a corner of Mingaladon in 1945. Visible are Dakotas, Expediters, Harvards and Sentinels. At the end of the runway are what appears to derelict Daks. Could one be KN594 shown in AM.2/86?

Ventura AE728 lies in a forlorn state carrying the markings of No.34 OTU in Canada. The photograph is stated to have been taken in August 1942 but details of the circumstances are not known.

Mr.L.Harvey enlarged a couple of small prints taken by Mr.L.R.Wright in 1945 showing Sunderlands at Jui. Four were scuttled off Cape Sierra Leone in June 1945 (DV959, WK582, ML859, ML863). Why, since seven others were SOC at Jui at the same time?
