Three of the 12 Washington B.1s passing over RAF Odiham on the day. They had taken off from RAF Marham and were timed to arrive over Odiham at not more than five seconds either side of the appointed time. They arrived exactly to the second.

This was the scene at RAF Odiham on the afternoon of Tuesday, July 14, 1953, the day before the Review, as seen from Flight’s Miles Gemini G-AFLT, showing the ranks of aircraft and the static park. A full dress rehearsal was held the previous Friday!
