The Tu-160 Blackjack fleet is undergoing a small-scale upgrade effort, with three production-upgrade standard Blackjacks already complete to the so-called Phase 1 standard. The more comprehensive Phase 2 will configure all existing Blackjacks to Tu-160M standard.
