Sivewright Airways C-47B Dakota G-AGNK ‘Lancastria’ was operated by the Manchester-based airline from July 1949 until March 1951. It went on to serve with BEA until withdrawn from use in 1964.

I-LITA, seen at Luqa, was one of three Savoia Marchetti S.M.95s operated by Linee Aeree Transcontinentali Italiane (LATI) between Rome and Caracas. They were taken over by Alitalia in 1950 when LATI ceased operations.
