Регистрационный номер: LN-KAF, D-AQUI, D-CDLH Before the war DNL - Norwegian Air Lines operated its northern routes with Junkers-Ju 52/3m floatplanes, but when the Oslo-Tromso service was resumed after the war four-engined Short Sandringham flying-boats were used. In 1951 DNL became a constituent of SAS (Scandinavian Airlines System), the Sandringhams were disposed of and two Junkers-Ju 52/3m floatplanes then operated the Trondheim-Bode-Harstad-Tromso services.
Here LN-KAF Askeladden (c/n 130714) is seen on arrival at Tromso in Arctic Norway on June 12, 1953. After service with SAS LN-KAF spent periods in Ecuador and the USA before being acquired by Lufthansa and used on special flights to this day marked as D-AQUI, its pre-war registration. It is one of the very few Ju 52/3ms still airworthy, and its official registration is D-CDLH.Самолёты на фотографии: Junkers Ju.52/3mW (See) - Германия - 1933
